Let’s cook! Lazy easy meal prep

Ready to have some fun with me?

I’m making a new stew recipe from the Forks and Knives app, follow along for some easy lazy person meal prep!

Prep time: 30 mins  Cook time: 1 hour

Ingredients needed:

  • broth of your choice (I used pho broth)
  • 1 can of your favorite beans
  • 1 can tomatoes (I used one with chili seasonings)
  • 1 package of mini potatoes
  • 1 package of mini carrots
  • 3 diced green onions
  • 1/3 of a cabbage
  • 3 stalks celery

Spices I used:

  • garlic powder
  • minced garlic
  • celery salt
  • sea salt
  • black peppercorns
  • red pepper flakes

I didn’t mention amounts because it’s a stew and you just throw however much you want or have in there, that’s how all of my stews go at least.  Feel free to change any ingredients you want of course!

This yielded 3 meals for 2 people.  I bought some glass meal prep containers on amazon that I use all the time now, they can go in the freezer, microwave, and oven so they’re perfect for me.
