1 YEAR gluten free results, thoughts, tips on celiac disease

I have Celiac disease. Celiac disease is a serious autoimmune disease that occurs in genetically predisposed people where the ingestion of gluten leads to damage in the small intestine.

It is estimated to affect 1 in 100 people worldwide. Two and one-half million Americans are undiagnosed and are at risk for long-term health complications.

I also did a gluten challenge right after this video, check it out!

UNCOMMON CELIAC DISEASE SYMPTOMS – April 30, 2019

I made this video for the people searching for answers to why they might be feeling poorly.

I went years thinking and being told that what I was feeling was normal, so I want to add to the internets celiac disease stories.

I am not a doctor or medical professional, I only have 6 months of experience with celiac disease, but I am happy to share what I’ve been through so far.

I’m happy to answer questions, leave comments below if you have any!
